House District 59 is comprised of the majority of Franklin County with the exception of Wellsville and Franklin Township. It includes the cities of Centropolis, Lane, Ottawa, Pomona, Princeton, Rantoul, Richmond and Williamsburg, and the Townships of Appanoose, Centropolis, Cutler, Greenwood, Harrison, Hayes, Homewood, Lincoln, Ohio, Ottawa, Peoria, Pomona, Pottawatomie, Richmond and Williamsburg.
